RNC Searching for Missing CBS Teen
Madison Kelly, who’s 13, was last seen on Petten’s Road in Conception Bay South Thursday afternoon. She was wearing black jogging pants, a black jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt and a grey shirt with a “dream catcher” logo. Kelly is 5’5″ tall, weighs 110-120 pounds with slender build, and has long brown hair with highlights and brown eyes.
